Jorge Pérez Mata joined the corporate and commercial area of Olivares in 2015. He studied the law degree in the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

His practice is mainly focused in the review, bargain and drafting of different civil and commercial agreements, the incorporation and corporate record maintenance of companies with residency in Mexico (Shareholders Meetings, Share certificates, corporate records), drafting and review of franchise agreements, as well as, advisory, review and drafting of privacy policies and privacy notices in regard to the protection of personal data held by private parties.

When I’m not being a lawyer…

In my free time I enjoy running and practicing different types of sports. Likewise, I like spending time with my family and friends.
