Including the protection on non-traditional media, by filling domain name actions at the Arbitration and Media Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). As well as all the digital environment actions against counterfeits/piracy.
The anti-counterfeit/piracy practice has been developed derived from the various clients that are handled in Olivares, ranging from entertainment to pharmaceutical companies and companies focused on health protection. Therefore, Fernanda along with the team developed a practice that generates programs tailored made for each client.
When I’m not being a lawyer…
I love watching movies and series, reading and especially cooking. The latter is better if I am with my family and my friends. I have a fascination for learning about wines and becoming a sommelier.
