Jose Carlos Ramirez joined OLIVARES in 2020. Currently, he is a member of the Litigation and Anti-Piracy/Counterfeiting Area. His practice is focused on implementing piracy and counterfeiting campaigns for the various clients handled by the area. These campaigns include consulting, training for authorities, and the implementation of criminal actions before the Attorney General's Office ("FGR") and administrative actions before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property ("IMPI"), as well as the implementation of administrative injunctions against acts of authority and border measures along with issues related to Customs
