Karla Flores is an attorney-at-law at the trademark department at OLIVARES. She holds a law degree from ITESM-CCM, studied a semester abroad on UCLM on Spain, and soon to complete an LLM from UP in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies. When she first joined Olivares on 2015, she joined the Anticounterfeit team. Nevertheless, at this time she is a trademark attorney in charge of the filing of renewal petitions of several trademark registrations owned by our clients to keep them in full force, including the filing of the mandatory declarations of use at our Trademark Office. Additionally, she is responsible for the recordal of change of ownership, such as assignment of wights, acquisitions by merger, changes of name, among other things
When I’m not being a lawyer…
When I’m not being a lawyer I truly enjoy to sing, to dance, to practice volleyball and contact sports, such as Taekwondo. Likewise, spending time with my loved ones.
