Summary

Mexico´s Industrial Property Law.

We are pleased to invite you to a three-part webinar series on recent reforms to Mexico´s Industrial Property Law.

These changes are already reshaping how rights are secured and enforced in Mexico—particularly in relation to patents, trademarks, and enforcement strategies, including ambush marketing. The series will be delivered across three sessions, each focused on a distinct area:

April 21 — Patents & Innovation
April 22 — Trademarks & Enforcement
April 23 — Strategic Implications

All sessions will take place at 9:00 AM (Central Time) and will be presented in English.

The program is designed to address how these developments are being applied in practice and what they require from companies operating in or entering the Mexican market.

Registration details will be shared shortly.

Kind regards,
