Luis Astorga joined OLIVARES in 2017. He studied law at La Salle University in Mexico City.

Luis is member of the Corporate and Commercial Law area at OLIVARES. His practice is mainly focused in the review, and drafting of different civil and commercial agreements, company´s by-laws and corporate minutes, as well as, review of internal company´s policies and advisory regarding the protection of personal data held by private parties.
