Salomón Garza’s practice focuses on filing and prosecution of patent applications in the mechanical, chemical and electrical areas mainly. Highlighting patent applications from the electrical area, for example computer systems patent applications or software patent applications. He also writes technical arguments in the prosecution of said patents, as well as technical arguments when a patent application is summarily denied. Prior art searches in various intellectual property databases around the world like the WIPO and the USPTO to determine the best protection for a new invention, e.g. patent application, utility model application or industrial design,  and recommend the most suitable option to our clients.

When I’m not being an engineer…
I like to read books and magazines about science, technology and sci-fi. I like to be up to date on the latest computing technologies, the most novel mobile applications and technology trends. I like sports; I play soccer, basketball and athletics. I like photography too.
