His practice focuses on litigation before civil courts involving damages, civil liability, copyright, image rights, moral damage, and related matters. He designs action plans and defense strategies, including determining the most favorable procedural approach and achieving comprehensive dispute resolution.

He has extensive knowledge of civil law, tort law, constitutional law, and commercial law.

He is also involved in administrative proceedings and nullity trials against governmental acts affecting clients’ rights, and has participated in unfair competition cases, litigating against dishonest commercial practices.In the commercial field, he implements solutions ranging from out-of-court negotiation schemes to judicial actions with precautionary measures that ensure the effective recovery of credits.
